Come take a rock hounding trip out to Damon Point at the southern tip of Ocean Shores to hunt for agates, jasper, and petrified wood. The panel includes a safety briefing, show-n-tell of the items to hunt for, beach combing tips, and a brief history of the area's geology before heading out to the point to hunt for treasures. Meet in the lobby at 3:00pm for carpooling.

Note: it's a two mile hike to the end of the point across loose sand; make sure to bring plenty of water, wear study shoes (preferably with ankle support), and don't forget a bucket or bag for your finds!

Dan will present on his 24 years of raptor banding research on the Washington coast, during which he and a host of volunteers have captured and banded more than 300 raptors of eight species, including 255 Peregrine Falcons and 35 Bald Eagles. Once in hand, in addition to banding, blood and feather samples are taken to assess contaminant levels and disease exposure. There have been more than 1,000 resightings of the marked birds, from Seward, Alaska south to the Salton Sea in California. Dan will share how and why birds are banded, how to report a banded bird, findings from the research, and the value of banding to research and conservation.

Dan will share beautiful photos and tips on how to identify various species of falcon, hawk, eagle and vulture native to the Pacific Northwest. He will also cover the habits and habitats of these marvelous representatives of the bird world. So if you’ve ever wondered what type of big bird you saw soaring overhead, peering into a field from a power line, or chasing after the small birds at your feeder, this is your chance to find out!

Which Call of Duty is it? Who knows! Each match's game will be decided at random, you may be playing Modern Warfare, Black Ops 3, or whatever other Call of Duty games I have, I've lost count. 1v1, Deathmatch, Best 2 out of 3, Double Elimination.

Put on your rose tinted nostalgia glasses and fight against your friends in Halo: CE, Halo 2, Halo 3, Halo 3: ODST, and Halo 4! Games will be decided at random. 1v1, Deathmatch, Best 2 out of 3, Double Elimination.

Roll up your friends into an ever growing ball in an effort to please your King! A bit of an odd tournament, each player will compete on each map to see who can get the biggest Katamari in each level. Whoever has more wins with large Katamaris will win. Ties will result in a Tie Breaker match.

Bring a drum, shaker, rattle or just your self for a howling good time! Starting indoors and moving out to a drum circle on the beach!

Daniel Lowd will perform a selection of his fun, funny, and furry songs, some with lyrics written by the Guest of Honor Mary E. Lowd.

An open mic where you can be as raunchy as you want to! (You don't have to, but you can!) Come speak, sing, play, and perform until they kick us out!

Based off the popular TV show “Whose Line is it Anyway,” this is everyone's chance to get up on stage and improvise with their fellow furs! A completely interactive panel, Whose Lion will feature such games as: Questions Only, Who’s Line, Party Quirks, and even World’s Worst. Hosted by Alkali, this panel is sure to be a good time for all; so come on out, get up on stage, and show everyone how quick your wit is. Panel is 18+, and may not be suitable for minors. People with a heart condition should not have a heart attack during this panel as we will think you are acting. Panel has been known to cause uproarious laughter, fits of giggling, and diarrhea. See you there!

Have a stand-up routine you want to try out? Want to tell us a story you think will give us a chuckle? Come try it out at the Comedy Open Mic! A friendly atmosphere where all are encouraged to try! After your act, be ready to receive some helpful, good-natured critiques from the panel hosts.

Come play several rounds of Quiplash with your fellow furs!

What is Quiplash? It's like an electronic version of Cards Against Humanity: a party game with no right or wrong answers and an attitude of "anything goes" — in other words, perfect for furries. Just bring your phones and sense of humor, and come have fun!

Participate in a couple of lovely sessions of radical Jackbox drawing games! Each guest will be given a stylus for easier doodling on their touch-based device of choice.

Come learn about writing flash fiction and have time to write a piece of your own! We'll provide plastic animals and roll-ups as inspiration, talk a little about what makes flash fiction work, and then everybody writes.

If you're interested in writing, come meet other writers and learn about the resources provided by the Furry Writers' Guild.

Members of the Furry Writers' Guild will read pieces of their fiction for your enjoyment.
